Competencias generadas con IA fortalecen el pensamiento crítico y decisiones empresariales sostenibles estudiantiles

Resumen

La investigación examinó la influencia de una intervención de alfabetización en inteligencia artificial generativa (IAG) sobre el pensamiento crítico y la toma de decisiones empresariales sostenibles en estudiantes de Bachillerato. El objetivo fue determinar si una secuencia didáctica orientada al uso crítico, ético y estratégico de herramientas generativas favorecía el desarrollo de competencias para analizar información, verificar evidencias, formular alternativas de negocio y valorar impactos económicos, sociales y ambientales. Se adoptó un diseño cuasi experimental, de alcance descriptivo-correlacional, con 46 estudiantes distribuidos en un grupo experimental y un grupo de control. Se empleó un test de base estructurada sometido a juicio de expertos; el protocolo proporcionado reportó un alfa de Cronbach de 0,81. Para el análisis se consideraron estadísticos descriptivos, correlación de Pearson, t de Student para muestras independientes y d de Cohen. Debido a que no se adjuntó la base de datos original, los resultados de esta versión se presentan como una simulación reproducible para maquetación y deben sustituirse antes de una eventual publicación. En el escenario simulado, el grupo experimental obtuvo ganancias superiores en alfabetización en IAG, pensamiento crítico y decisión sostenible, con diferencias estadísticamente significativas y tamaños de efecto grandes. Asimismo, se observaron asociaciones positivas entre la alfabetización en IAG y las dos variables de resultado. Se concluye que una alfabetización en IAG pedagógicamente guiada puede funcionar como mediación para fortalecer la deliberación, la verificación de información y la valoración de consecuencias en problemas empresariales, siempre que la tecnología se utilice como apoyo al razonamiento y no como sustituto de la autonomía intelectual.
